Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by you or your appointed agent is welcome, and we will schedule it into the plan.
CBU arrives fully built. SKD arrives largely assembled and needs light local work. CKD arrives as kits and needs a proper assembly line.
Yes, packed to a bill of materials agreed in advance, with fixtures, documentation and operator training provided.
Yes. Gearing, suspension, filtration, lighting, load rating, badging and documentation are all configurable for volume orders.

Yes. We supply kits, fixtures and documentation, train your operators, and our engineers stay through commissioning until the line runs correctly.
Through your distributor agreement, loose or as a stocking package, with repeat orders usually placed quarterly against consumption.
The parts we supply are made to the same specification as those fitted on the line, and carry the same part numbers.
Warranty terms are set out in the distributor agreement, with a written claim procedure and defined turnaround on decisions.
Yes: workshop manuals, parts catalogues, wiring diagrams and the special tools a few jobs genuinely require.
Yes, at your premises or at our plant depending on volume, covering routine service, diagnosis and the failures that occur most often.
Fast-moving items are prioritised on every shipment, and urgent requirements can go by air at your instruction.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and whatever else your customs authority requires.
Terms are agreed per order and set out in the proforma invoice, commonly by letter of credit or advance depending on the relationship.
